How to Make CBD Hemp Tea

Grind 0.25g (¼g) of CBD hemp tea flower pollen/hash and add to a cup of hot water (not boiling — 80°C). Add a splash of full-fat milk or coconut oil to activate the CBD. Steep for 5 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
