Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning goods purchased from gethemp.co.uk, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange, except where required by law.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation email).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, beverages)

Personal care items (e.g. intimate or sanitary products)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following situations:

Any book, software, DVD, or other media product that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (subject to your bank’s processing time).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before your refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email hello@gethemp.co.uk to initiate the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (if any) and the cost of return shipping (if covered by us) may be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any item over £75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
