Shipping:
Gethemp™ may ship using Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. All products may or may not be available in your area. If a product is not available in your area, you will not be able to complete the checkout process if the shipping address is invalid.
Customers from the United Kingdom and its territories can expect to receive their order within 1-2 business days. Please contact us directly with any shipping-related questions.
Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at the time of delivery. Claims for products damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hours.
Terms of Sale – Return Policy:
During the checkout process, you will be presented with the complete terms of your purchase. Included in these terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing cannabidiol (CBD) from hemp oil.
We make no medical or therapeutic claims regarding the use or benefits of CBD.
All unopened Gethemp Oil may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a "no questions asked" full refund, minus shipping charges.
Your acceptance of the terms of purchase confirms that you agree to and understand this refund policy.
Damage During Shipping:
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are quality-tested and inspected before leaving our facility.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us and provide detailed information along with photos of the damaged product within that time frame.
