How to Make CBD Hemp Tea
Grind 0.25g (¼g) of CBD hemp tea flower and add it to a cup of hot water (not boiling — 80°C). Add a splash of full-fat milk or coconut oil to help extract the fat-soluble cannabinoids. Steep for 5 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
Best with honey.
