Directions: Shake the bottle well before use. Open the dropper and place the recommended number of drops under your tongue, following the guidelines below. Hold the oil under your tongue for about two minutes before swallowing with a drink. For best results, use three times daily—morning, midday, and early evening.
Suggested Consumption:
If you are new to CBD, start with one drop, three times a day to determine the right amount for you.
If after three to four days you do not notice any effects, increase your intake by one additional drop per dose. Continue adjusting gradually, up to a maximum of 11 drops per dose, three times daily.
Consult your GP before consuming this product. To ensure safe use, allow at least two hours between CBD and any medication, and four hours for medications with a grapefruit warning. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before use. Do not exceed 70mg of CBD per day.
