Gethemp™ may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DPD, Royal Mail, Post Office, or DHL. Please note that all products may or may not be available in your area. If a product is not available, you will not be able to complete your checkout if the shipping address is invalid.
Delivery Time: Customers from the United Kingdom and its territories can expect to receive their order within 24 hours or next day. For any shipping questions, please contact us directly.
Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at the time of delivery. Claims for products damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hours.
Can I order products at wholesale pricing? Yes, if you are an approved distributor. You will need to contact us at sales@gethemp.co.uk to become a distributor. Minimum purchase requirements will apply.
Term Of Sale - Return Policy:
During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase, included in these terms of sale, is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing cannabidiol from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the MHRA. We are committed to complying with MHRA regulations and as none of these products have been evaluated by the MHRA, we make no claims as to the extra benefits of CBD (cannabidiol).

Damage During Shipping:
We understand mistakes do happen and we take our customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are quality tested and inspected before leaving our facility.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information with pictures of the damaged product within that time frame.
